In this case, we understand that things could take a turn. Fuel burnt, miles driven, toll spent just to get to a customer, that is why, we impose a 5% fee of the quoted price reimbursed to you. This will help providers retain some expenses in their attempt.
I sell products, can I list my products to sell on your platform?
Yes, we welcome, and advise all provider to list and sell products to customers. This is the only way we approve selling on our platform.

I understand as a provider that we should respond to customers within 30 minutes of or under. What if I am running late?
We understand obstacles like traffic, weather, and reception could potentially cause providers to take longer than 30 minutes.
That is why we developed a system where we give providers 3 grace pass per month so that providers could maintain a good status. Any time after those 3 attempts, we will flag providers and possibly remove providers for the constant late response. Keep in mind that customers will have the ability to rate your performance, and this could hinder your status from landing leads. So, bring your best foot forward!
How do I know if a job is being awarded to me?
Once a customer accepts your quote, the app will automatically push that lead into the "jobs" tab to view task.

Yes! If your first party carrier has a reimbursement program, then you are in luck. Before using our services, we advised that you contact your Roadside carrier to verify if this is applicable to you.
Can I cancel a service request if I'm no longer in need of it?
Yes, when requesting a service, a providers will have the ability to quote. If customer, doesn't accept a provider's quote then a provider is not obligated to respond. However, once a quote is accepted between customer and provider, then to cancel, we will impose a 5% fee of the quoted price to provider. This will help provider recoup possibly fuel burnt, miles driven, or any provider associated expenses.
What if a provider doesn't show up as per requested?
If for some reason a provider doesn't show-up as per requested and your offer has been accepted, then we will impose a fee to the provider and process a full reimbursement to you.
